Bikes purchased from Vicious Cycles and Snow all come with a 1-year service warranty. These bikes qualify for the following:

Wheels: Adjust front and rear hub bearings as needed, true front and rear wheels as needed(Additional costs for broken spokes/major wheel trues). Secure axle nuts/or QR skewers.
Drivetrain: Check and adjust derailleur limit screws, cable tension, height and angle of front and rear derailleurs. Align derailleur hanger.
Tires: Fill tires to maximum stated air pressure (Does not cover flat repairs).
Brakes: Adjust cable tension (make both levers pull the same amount), adjust brake shoe height, angle and “Toe-in” and confirm center orientation on rim./ Adjust disc brake caliper to ensure clearance of rotor. Straighten rotor if possible. First brake bleed covered(if necessary).(Brake cables and casings are extra if needed).
General: Check/adjust/tighten; stem, handlebar, seat, controls, seat post, pedals, and crankarms.
Lubricate: Lubricate drivetrain and derailleur pivots.

Frame: Clean and inspect for fatigue damage, check and adjust fork dropouts, and rear dropouts.

Tires: One Flat repair/installation of front or rear tire. Fill tires to recommended stated air pressure.

Installations: Install of most parts and accessories covered.(Chain, cassette, brake pads, cables/housing, tires/tubes, grips, handlebars/stems).
E-Bike surcharge includes:Firmware/Software update/check. Heavy lift/weight surcharge.

Dropper Posts:Cable actuated dropper post: new cable/casing and re-grease.(Includes new cable and casing). (Reverbs and Transfers not included).

Wheels: Clean and inspect hub parts, re-grease, install new ball/cartridge bearings and parts(where possible/as required)and adjust(Cartridge bearings extra). True front and rear wheels both radially and laterally as possible. Check and adjust spoke tension as needed. Secure axle nuts/or QR skewers.(Single spoke replacements included).

Tires: Flat repair/installation of front/rear tire. Fill tires to recommended stated air pressure. Tubeless setup labour included.(Parts and supplies extra).
Drivetrain: Remove and degrease all drivetrain components. Inspect for wear, re-grease, reassemble and adjust. Align derailleur hanger. Lubricate chain and pivot points of derailleurs.(Includes replacing all gear cables and casings).

Brakes: Adjust cable tension (make both levers pull the same amount), adjust brake shoe height, angle and “Toe-in” and confirm center orientation on rim. / Adjust disc brake caliper to ensure clearance of rotor. Includes brake bleeds. Straighten rotor if possible. Pad/rotor bed in. (Includes brake bleeds or replacement of brake cable and casing).

Headset: Clean, inspect, reinstall and grease with new bearings if required.(Cartridge style bearing parts extra).

General: Check/adjust/tighten the stem, handlebar, seat, seat post, controls and crankarms.
Clean:Complete tear down of bike, wheels, and components for degreasing/cleaning, re-greasing, and re-assembly.
Lubricate: Lubricate drivetrain and derailleur pivots.
Installations: Install of most parts and accessories covered.
